What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don't have a minimum order quantity! We would prefer our clients to place bigger orders however we strive to be flexible to fit customer needs.
If you prefer to order through Faire, the minimum order is £150, but you will benefit from their 60-day payment terms. Have questions about custom designs or bulk orders? Just drop us an email.
What are your lead times?
Most standard stock orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 working days. During peak trading seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always communicate timelines with total transparency. Because we hold all stock in our UK hub, our UK stockists never have to worry about surprise import taxes.
For custom-designed brand orders, lead times will vary based on design approval and production scale—our team will guide you through every step.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We supply retail stores, boutiques, and festival vendors globally. Whether you are based in the UK, Europe, the US, or further afield, we can ship directly to your door or fulfill your order smoothly via Faire.
How are your products packaged?
Every single item arrives retail-ready with premium packaging. Our clack fans are boxed or sleeved cleanly for immediate display. We are committed to minimizing our footprint, so our packaging utilizes eco-friendly, recyclable materials that still look high-end on your shelves.
What is your returns policy for wholesale?
We take quality seriously. If you receive any damaged or defective items, please contact your dedicated account manager within 7 days of delivery, and we will instantly arrange a replacement or credit. For change-of-mind returns, we handle requests case-by-case to ensure we are supporting our retail partners as fairly as possible.
Please Note: Because custom-branded orders are manufactured specifically to your brand's unique specifications, all custom designs are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced.
