Shipping to the EU: What’s Changing on July 1st

If you're ordering from the European Union, we wanted to let you know about an important change coming on July 1, 2026. The EU is introducing a new customs rule that affects how we handle your orders, and we're here to walk you through it clearly.

Starting July 1st, the EU is removing the duty-free threshold that previously applied to packages under €150. In its place, a flat €3 customs fee will now apply to all low-value imports entering the EU. We know customs can feel confusing, so here's what this means for you.

Our priority is keeping your shopping experience straightforward. Rather than let you discover unexpected fees when your package arrives, we'll add the €3 charge at checkout. This way, the total you see is exactly what you'll pay—nothing more surprises you later.

The fee works based on product categories in your order, not the number of boxes. If you order multiple items from the same category (say, two T-shirts), you'll pay just one €3 fee. However, if you mix different product types—a T-shirt, a calendar, and a hat, for example—the fee applies to each category, so you'd pay €9 total.

One thing to keep in mind: because this duty is paid to EU Customs as soon as your package crosses the border, the €3 fee cannot be refunded if you decide to return items later. It's a direct customs payment, separate from your order refund.

We're grateful for your business and want to make sure you feel confident ordering from us. If you have questions about how this affects your next purchase, our support team is ready to help.
