Markie Brown
I’m Markie Brown (1991), a Barcelona-based artist, illustrator, and graphic designer. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with Obsessed (now P.E.G.), a leading agency in Seattle (USA), where I created tour merchandise designs for renowned drag queens like Trixie Mattel, Adore Delano, Katya, Monet X Change, and more. I also contributed to The Boulet Brothers' Dragula show. My distinctive touch has extended to collaborations with iconic figures such as Juno Birch through Gallos Group in the UK. I've also had the opportunity to work with the drag contest Ravalada, and my creative work has supported the success of Pitita, the reigning queen of Drag Race España season 3. I've also collaborated on editorial cover designs for Penguin Random House. Nowadays, I create impactful graphic designs for Locamente, the premier LGBTIQ+ event agency in the country. Here, I design for LGBTIQ events and popular nightclubs like Yass! Tanga! BomBom, Loco Bongo, among others. I love to express myself through design!
